Crossfit Open 17.3 Mobility Prep
Squat Snatches and Chest to Bar Pull-Ups.. two of the more complex movements we’ve seen in the Open so far this year and with both requiring a good deal of shoulder mobility. We’re going to target those areas using Functional Range Conditioning® principles and applying them to the positions we require to complete these movements optimally.
